Where do you ship?
We currently sell and ship products within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more regions soon.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way to your door.
Why does production take a few days?
Because every piece is made to order. This eliminates waste and lets us offer unlimited customization without bulk minimums.
Do team stores ship differently?
Team and school store orders are often produced in batches. Your team coordinator will share the specific timeline for your store.
