Every item is made to order, and sizing varies by product. Please confirm your correct size before purchasing. Ordering the wrong size is not considered a defect, and return shipping for fit issues is your responsibility.

The Process
How Returns Work

Start Your Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number to confirm your item is eligible for a return.
STEP 2
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and send it back to us. Return shipping is paid by you.
STEP 3
We Receive It
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we begin processing your refund.
STEP 4
Get Refunded
Your refund is issued to your original payment method after the item is received.

Return Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days we're unable to accept returns for a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For full-price returns, you're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not cover return shipping.
When do I get my refund?
Refunds are only issued after we physically receive your returned item and confirm its condition. Once received, we process the refund to your original payment method.
What if I order the wrong size?
Since every item is made to order, please confirm your size before purchasing. Wrong-size orders are not defects. Full-price orders can still be returned within 30 days at your shipping cost, but discounted (final sale) orders cannot be returned for fit.
Can I return a discounted item?
Discounted purchases are final sale. They can only be returned if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Reach out to us right away with photos of the damage. Damaged or defective items are covered regardless of whether they were bought at full or discounted price.
Are custom and team store items returnable?
Because they're made to order for your specific design or team, custom and team store items are generally final sale unless there's a production defect.
